Tax Policy
School Specialty is required by law to charge applicable tax on all online orders shipped to states in which School Specialty has a physical location.. The tax charged is based on the state listed in the order's delivery address. If a product is subject to sales tax, in accordance with the state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual product, including shipping and handling charges and any other service charges, less any applicable discounts. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States so you get your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be sent from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock. In the event your order can't be filled by a single warehouse, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

As your items ship, we will send you an email detailing the shipment along with tracking numbers to track your packages during transit. The carrier we use is UPS and we must have a physical street address to ship to, please do not provide a Postal Box as we are unable to accommodate shipping to a PO Box.

We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, international locations or U.S. Territories.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. So, our return policy is simple. If you would like to return a product for any reason, please let us know within 30 days. Please keep the original packaging and paperwork in case you need to return an item. To return any items, please contact Customer Care. You may either email or call Customer Care at 1-877-211-4239. We are available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Our Customer Care team will guide you through the next steps. If your return is due to our error, we will pay to ship the product back to us. If you return a product for some other reason, you will pay to ship the product back to us.
